Dr. Boyajian has become famous for his gingerbread creations. For over 20 years, he and his family have created scale replicas in gingerbread that are publicly displayed during the Christmas Season. Subject matter have included National Landmarks, such as The White House (acknowledged by President George W. Bush and his wife, Laura); as well as, local landmarks, such as the Historic Effingham County Court House. His good friend, Ed Baumgarten lends a helping hand to the projects by developing accurate blueprints and by capturing the final creations through skillful photography.
